Access/Disabled Facilities

Based within the Low Grange Health Village, we are located on the ground floor and the building is fully accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs. The approach and access to the building is on one level. Entry and egress for the building is by automated opening doors.

Reception staff are on hand to provided assistance for you. Please ask on arrival or alternatively if you want to discuss access before attending the centre please call reception on 0300 123 0730.

Special parking bays are available for vehicles displaying the appropriate blue badge, and these are located close to the main entrance in the main car park and to the rear of the building. All cars are parked at the owner’s risk.

Please do not park on yellow lines or areas which are required by access for emergency vehicles. Please note that Blue Badge holders are NOT entitled to park in this restricted area.

Disabled toilets are located within Eston Grange Health Centre's main waiting area aswell as the main atrium of the Low Grange Health Village.

Parking

The centre has a large car park for visitor parking. Please ensure your vehicle is parked in the correct area e.g. not in disabled bays if you are not a Blue Badge holder ,and within the white lines of the bay.

Baby Changing

Baby changing facilities are available located in the toilet area next to the library.
